RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS ORDER

Items purchased from HARPALSHOPPIG.COM are eligible for a full refund if returned within 15 days, (On Electronics Items 7 Day’s) of Purchase.

You can cancel an order before it has been shipped from our merchandise. Hence, if you decide to cancel an order, please be quick and call our customer care at +91-9161434252 or write to us at harpalshopping@gmail.com. If your parcel is already on its way, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

We do take returns if your Products is defective, of wrong size, Poor Quality, Damaged Products or any mistake made on our part. Please let us know with complete order detail at “return@harpalshopping.com”. After receiving the order if you discover that the particular color is not going with your persona or you have placed an order with wrong size, we still give you chance to return for another 15 days. You will need to return the unused product along with its original packaging with all the items included with the product within 15 days of registering your complaint.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 15 days (On Electronics Items 7 day’s) of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must be received within 10 days.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel an order after placing it. However, this is only possible if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. So if you do change your mind, we request you to cancel the order at the earliest by calling our customer care at +91- 9161434252 or mail us at harpalshopping@gmail.com or return@harpalshopping.com.

How do I cancel an order?

  • You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
  • In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
  • How should I pack the product for pick-up?

    Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.

    After delivery of the item, I have changed my mind and I wish to exchange / return the item. Is it possible?

    Yes, we offer a 15 Day’s return policy, which means if you don’t want to keep the item, you can return it to us and get a refund.

    However, the following conditions apply on all returns:

  • Only unopened and unused items can be returned.
  • Returns are possible in all categories, except electronics.
  • While returning, make sure the item is in its original packaging with labels, tags, and in saleable condition. Hence, please do not open the packaging if you decide to return the item.
  • All returned items will be subjected to inspection by Har Pal Shopping Q & M Team before proceeding with replacements or refunds.
