Items purchased from HARPALSHOPPIG.COM are eligible for a Full Refund/Return/Exchange if returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
Users can place a return request within 30 days of order delivery date.
In case of user receive if damaged, missing or empty parcel, the return request should be filed within 48 hrs from date of delivery.
You can cancel an order before it has been shipped from our merchandise. If your parcel is already on its way, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
We do take returns if your Products is defective, wrong size, Poor Quality, Damaged Products or any mistake made on our part. Please let us know with complete order detail at “email@example.com”. After receiving the order if you discover that the particular color is not going with your persona or you have placed an order with wrong size, we still give you chance to return for another 15 days. You will need to return the unused product along with its original packaging with all the items included with the product within 15 days of registering your complaint.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

How should I pack the product for pick-up?
