How to track my order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

My Password is not Active

Try these steps if you are unable to log in:

2. If you have forgotten your password or it is not working, reset it in “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page
3. Ensure that your web browser accepts cookies
4. If the site is down, please try logging in after some time

I Want to Change my Registered Phone Number

The phone number registered on a Har Pal Shopping account can be changed.
You Can Log in Your Account and Click on Edit Address.
Provide New Mobile Address

However, you can provide an alternate number while placing your order. All order-related updates will be sent to that number.
